Initial ideas

 

My first idea for the fmp is to do the theme of lockdown and to create a set of posters.I would do a different style and effect for each poster.

 

My second idea would be to create a set of posters with the theme of black lives matter.With this idea I would want to use my research on Johnathan Barnbrooks work.

 

My third idea would be to create an advert and a poster to raise awareness on lockdown and the mental health issues that have been caused by the national lockdown.

 

My fourth idea is to create adverts and a poster on black lives matter.This poster would include effects to show off my photoshop skills.

 

My final idea is to create a short film on lockdown.This film would have a limited number of actors and will be set during the national lockdown.

 

Create a film idea and create a set of posters around that film.

 

Top 3 Ideas-

 

Idea:

My second idea would be to create a set of posters with the theme of black lives matter.With this idea I would want to use my research on Johnathan Barnbrooks work.

Evaluation:

One positive about this idea is that i can use the research i have done in the personal research project to influence my final piece of work however one negative of this idea is that i think i will find it hard to take photos to make the posters for this idea considering there arent any Black lives matter protests near where i live anymore.

Evaluation:

I like the idea of creating a advert but there are a few negatives such as it will be hard to film with no actors or a cameraman if we were in lockdown when in the production stages.Another negative to this idea is I don't think that this would show the skills I have learnt on this course the most.A positive about this idea is I think it is a important topic that should have a short film or advert made about it.

The positives about doing this idea is that it would be very possible to make a successful set of posters during lockdown. Another positive of this idea is that if we are creating these posters in lockdown I will be able to come up with ideas and produce the posters with the equipment I have at home.One negative about this idea is that lockdown is a new concept to all of us so there may not be many posters already about this to research however this could be an advantage that i know my posters will be unique.

 

My order of top 3 ideas

 

1.The idea that i think i would like to pursue would be doing a set of posters with the theme of lockdown.

 

2.My back up idea would be to create a set of posters with the theme of black lives matter.

 

3.My second back up idea will be to create an advert and a poster to raise awareness of mental health during lockdown.
